I’m a lifetime marketer and a fifth-generation Pacific Northwesterner, born and raised in the Portland–Vancouver area. For the past 16 years, I’ve been buying, renovating, and selling homes across Oregon and Washington, both for my clients and for my own family.
My husband and I have bought, renovated, and sold three homes in Portland. We currently live in a mid-century ranch in the Hazelwood neighborhood and are restoring another mid-century property in Ocean Park, Washington. I have a deep appreciation for older homes, the stories they hold, and creating spaces that support the way you truly live.
Having managed everything from cosmetic updates to full-scale renovations, I bring a practical understanding of budgets, timelines, and construction realities to every transaction. That experience allows me to thoughtfully prepare your home for the market or recognize true potential when you’re considering a purchase. I also maintain strong relationships with trusted contractors and tradespeople to support you well beyond closing. Combined with my deep background in marketing, I approach negotiations and property positioning with strategy, precision, and intention.
My personal experience as both a buyer and seller shapes the way I serve my clients. I believe in over-communicating and in explaining not just what is happening during your transaction, but why, so you can make informed, confident decisions every step of the way.
