More About Me

PNW Native Marketer

I’m a fifth-generation Pacific Northwesterner, born and raised in the Portland-Vancouver area. I attended college in Washington State, moved to Seattle for many years, and then moved with my husband to Washington, D.C. and Southern California before we settled back in Portland in 2007. Since then, we’ve bought, renovated and sold three homes across the city and we’re currently living in and working on a mid-century ranch in the Hazelwood neighborhood.

My experience as a buyer and seller of my personal homes has helped shape me into the Realtor I am today. I understand how to navigate through the process to achieve a successful outcome for my clients. I will be the guide you need, explaining not just the “whats” as they’re happening, but the “whys” so you can make intelligent, informed decisions along the way.

Having undertaken both minor and major projects in each of my homes, I am able to assist you in preparing your home to be market ready as well as seeing the potential in homes when purchasing. I understand budgets and timelines for wide-ranging renovations and remodels, both cosmetic and foundational, and can recommend contractors and tradespeople who can assist you with your projects.

My extensive background in marketing with brands such as Starbucks, Nordstrom, Microsoft, Daimler, Intel, Facebook and Hilton have given me the knowledge and experience I use to thrive in real estate. This knowledge has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing each property.

Likes: Begging my husband to stop at every open house and estate sale we drive by; dreaming up our next house project; spending time with our two dogs and our adopted street cat; reading and watching anything rom-com related; doughnuts, nachos and pineapple on pizza.
Dislikes: Disrespectful people, tearing out original character when you don’t have to, scary movies, and meal planning.
